Hacker Ascension

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Hacker Ascension ("the app", "we") handles your information. The short version: the app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

Data we collect

None. Hacker Ascension does not collect, request, or transmit any personal or sensitive information. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, and no advertising.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress, settings, statistics, and purchase status are saved only on your device using local storage. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or anyone else. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes it.

No advertising or tracking

The app contains no ads, no advertising identifiers, no third-party analytics, and no tracking of any kind. The game runs fully offline.

In-app purchases

The app offers one optional one-time purchase, the "Blacksite" expansion. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details; that transaction is handled by Google under Google's Privacy Policy. The app only stores, on your device, whether the expansion has been unlocked.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone. Because no data is collected at all, no information from children is gathered.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
